If you do not like classic novels, this may not be your type of book Nevertheless, it is a fascinating book that was considered ‘ahead of it’s time’, dealing with themes considered taboo at that time. A great read!

In Secondary school, it gave me ‘ideas’ for various topics, as well as expanded my vocabulary and phrase list which I could use during exams. In university, it helped me think about which ‘category’ my essay fell under before beginning to write.
